Government Entities - 100% Reimbursement Rate Replacing engine model year 92-2003: $385,000 towards BEV or HFC. Replacing engine model year 2004-2006: $228,591 credit toward BEV/HFC. Replacing engine model year 2007-2009: $96,254 toward BEV/HFC.

Applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received

At least 51% of the grant-funded vehicle or equipment’s annual operation must occur in one of the priority areas listed in Appendix A of the RFGA.

• Ownership, registration, and operation of the existing heavy-duty diesel vehicle by the applicant in Texas for 2 years prior to the application signature date • Existing heavy-duty diesel vehicle must be in operating condition with at least 5 years of useful life remaining
